Slovene composers to youthSLOVENE COMPOSERS TO YOUTH is a concert series intended for young audiences to get acquainted with the newest contemporary creativity of Slovenian composers. With this event, DSS wants to show that it is possible to shape programmes exclusively with the works of contemporary Slovenian composers while achieving interestingness that attracts even the most critical thinking of young listeners.
The programme concepts are developed with some suggestions of music pedagogues in secondary education and adapted to a young audience. Contemporary compositional techniques and new sounds are commented on and explained.
